Located on 20 acres of land just north of the NYS Thruway and a few miles East of Syracuse New York, we have two plants that total of 135,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space. The company started across the street in the garage of Mr. Vern Brownell in the early 50’s. He later moved into a 40’ by 80’ building on our current site and joined with two other machinists to start producing parts for companies in the Syracuse area.
A few years later Mr. Vern Brownell merged with Trex Screw Products and Mr. Burton Manth from Rochester to form Manth-Brownell Inc. In 1962 they sold the company to the Skinner family, who owns the business today.
Our campus is laid out like a mini-industrial park, with the opportunity to add two more 35,000 Sq. Ft. production facilities. We have enjoyed our location and dedicated workforce. We are 25 minutes from the Syracuse airport and 8 miles from the intersection of Interstate 481(81) and Interstate 90, major North-South and East-West corridors.
