Glenn SparlingGlenn Sparling has been a member of the Manth-Brownell team for 30 years. Glenn is the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for several areas of the organization, including finance, information systems and materials management. John HodgesJohn Hodges is the Purchasing/Receiving and Tool Room Manager for Manth-Brownell. He started his career at MB in 1992 as a Machine Operator and was promoted to a Machinist after only a year. He has held several other positions in his tenure at MB, including Development Engineer, Continuous Improvement Manager and Sales Engineer. John’s current responsibilities include Quoting, Vendor Managed Materials, Vending Services and all other purchased products at the Company. Contact Purchasing Department |

Bob ForgetBob Forget came to Manth-Brownell in 1976 as a Machine Operator. In his 34 years at MB, Bob has held a variety of positions including Truck Driver, Supervisor and Business Unit Manager. Bob is currently acting as Facilities Manager, Value Stream Manager for the Eagle Value Stream and back up Truck Driver, when necessary. Bob has a CDL-B license and is fork truck certified. Contact |
Colleen Williams Colleen Williams is Manth Brownell's Human Resources Manager. Colleen joined the Manth Brownell team in 2012 with 10 years of Human Resources experience. She is responsible for all HR functions including benefits, compensation, recruiting, employee relations, training and safety. Colleen has her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification from the HRCI (HR Certification Institute) as well as her BS Degree in Management from Syracuse University. |
Sue MooreSue Moore started with the company in 1973, working in 2nd operations department. In 1987, she made the move to quality, starting as a Quality Tech, then to Quality Engineer in 2004. In 2006 she completed training for Internal ISO Auditor, and in 2008, Sue became the Quality Manager. She is responsible for the Quality Management System and ISO compliance. Some of her additional duties include Supplier Rating, Cost of Quality, and assisting the Quality Engineers when needed. Contact Quality Control |
Jack KlaseJack Klase is a Production Supervisor in the CNC area. Jack has been with the Company for over 25 years and has been responsible for the production operation on 3rd shift since 2006. Jack has an Associates in Applied Science with a focus on manufacturing. He is also a First Responder. Contact |
Pat HacheyPat Hachey has been with Manth-Brownell for over 11 years and has been the Information Systems Manager for the past six years. He is responsible for the Company’s information systems, ERP system, telephone system and both hardware and software support. Lynn JacksonLynn Jackson is Manth-Brownell’s Accounting Supervisor. She has been with the company for over 17 years and is responsible for payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and both month and year end closings. Lynn attended OCC has over 30 years accounting experience. Contact |
Ken BlaylockKen Blaylock is the 2nd shift Production Supervisor. He began his career at Manth Brownell in 1994 as a Machine Operator and has been in a supervisory capacity since 1997. Ken is a First Responder and an internal ISO auditor. Contact |
Denise KimplandDenise Kimpland is Manth-Brownell’s Customer Service Supervisor. Denise has been with MB for over 13 years in various capacities from Machining to Production Planning to Sales and Customer Service. Her current position affords her the opportunity to interact with all of our Customers regarding their ordering and delivery concerns as well as future Customers through our Quoting efforts. Denise is certified in the Sandler Selling System and has completed training in both Production Planning and Scheduling. Contact Customer Services |
Tina WardTina Ward began her career at Manth-Brownell in 2003 in the Quality Department as an Administrative Assistant. Since then, Tina has been promoted to the Sales department and is the Company’s Customer Service Representative, where she works as a liaison between our production departments and customers.
