Meet the Manth Team

Wes Skinner Wes Skinner started with the company in 1974. He has worked in various capacities, first as machine operator, then as Supervisor, and ultimately he became Executive Vice-President in 1986. He became President in 1991 when his father retired from that position. He currently works heavily in Sales and new product development. He has his MBA from Syracuse University.	Glenn Sparling Glenn Sparling has been a member of the Manth-Brownell team for 30 years. Glenn is the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for several areas of the organization, including finance, information systems and materials management. Rob Pike Rob Pike joined Manth-Brownell in 1998 as a Business Unit Manager. In his tenure at MB, Rob has worked in a variety of capacities, including Quality Manager, Sales Manager, and Director of Manufacturing. Currently Rob is the VP of Manufacturing and additionally oversees both the Shipping and Wash departments. A Clarkson graduate, Rob has a BS in Industrial Management and a MS in Manufacturing Systems. Contact Manufacturing Department	John Hodges John Hodges is the Purchasing/Receiving and Tool Room Manager for Manth-Brownell. He started his career at MB in 1992 as a Machine Operator and was promoted to a Machinist after only a year. He has held several other positions in his tenure at MB, including Development Engineer, Continuous Improvement Manager and Sales Engineer. John’s current responsibilities include Quoting, Vendor Managed Materials, Vending Services and all other purchased products at the Company. Contact Purchasing Department
Lisa Binion Lisa Binion joined the Manth Brownell team in 2009 as the Production Supervisor and was promoted to Value Stream Manager for the LRS Value Stream in 2010. Lisa is also a Six Sigma - Lean Manufacturing Black belt with strong backgrounds in Safety, Quality and Engineering. Contact	Peter Bourgoine Peter Bourgoine joined Manth-Brownell in 2006 as a Production Supervisor and has since been promoted Value Stream Manager of the DHV/TON/WIK Value Streams. Bob Forget Bob Forget came to Manth-Brownell in 1976 as a Machine Operator. In his 34 years at MB, Bob has held a variety of positions including Truck Driver, Supervisor and Business Unit Manager. Bob is currently acting as Facilities Manager, Value Stream Manager for the Eagle Value Stream and back up Truck Driver, when necessary. Bob has a CDL-B license and is fork truck certified. Contact	Colleen Williams Colleen Williams is Manth Brownell's Human Resources Manager. Colleen joined the Manth Brownell team in 2012 with 10 years of Human Resources experience. She is responsible for all HR functions including benefits, compensation, recruiting, employee relations, training and safety. Colleen has her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification from the HRCI (HR Certification Institute) as well as her BS Degree in Management from Syracuse University.
Sue Moore Sue Moore started with the company in 1973, working in 2nd operations department. In 1987, she made the move to quality, starting as a Quality Tech, then to Quality Engineer in 2004. In 2006 she completed training for Internal ISO Auditor, and in 2008, Sue became the Quality Manager. She is responsible for the Quality Management System and ISO compliance. Some of her additional duties include Supplier Rating, Cost of Quality, and assisting the Quality Engineers when needed. Jack has been with the Company for over 25 years and has been responsible for the production operation on 3rd shift since 2006. Jack has an Associates in Applied Science with a focus on manufacturing. He is also a First Responder. Contact
Pat Hachey Pat Hachey has been with Manth-Brownell for over 11 years and has been the Information Systems Manager for the past six years. He is responsible for the Company’s information systems, ERP system, telephone system and both hardware and software support. Pat has earned both an AOS in Information Technology and a BS in Computer Information Systems. Contact Webmaster	Lynn Jackson Lynn Jackson is Manth-Brownell’s Accounting Supervisor. She has been with the company for over 17 years and is responsible for payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and both month and year end closings. Ken Blaylock Ken Blaylock is the 2nd shift Production Supervisor. He began his career at Manth Brownell in 1994 as a Machine Operator and has been in a supervisory capacity since 1997. Ken is a First Responder and an internal ISO auditor. Contact	Denise Kimpland Denise Kimpland is Manth-Brownell’s Customer Service Supervisor. Denise has been with MB for over 13 years in various capacities from Machining to Production Planning to Sales and Customer Service. Her current position affords her the opportunity to interact with all of our Customers regarding their ordering and delivery concerns as well as future Customers through our Quoting efforts. Denise is certified in the Sandler Selling System and has completed training in both Production Planning and Scheduling. Contact Customer Services
Tina Ward Tina Ward began her career at Manth-Brownell in 2003 in the Quality Department as an Administrative Assistant. Since then, Tina has been promoted to the Sales department and is the Company’s Customer Service Representative, where she works as a liaison between our production departments and customers. Tina has an AS Degree in Business and is also an Internal ISO Auditor. Contact Quality Control	Dana Baniewicz Dana Baniewicz joined the Manth Brownell Customer Service team in 2012. She has over 15 years of experience in manufacturing in various quality and customer service roles. Dana has Associates in Technical Arts from South Puget Sound Community College in Olympia, WA.
