Our Value Streams

We have organized our company into five companies. We call each of these companies Value Streams because the people in the Value Stream are responsible for your part. The stream starts to flow with your order, until it reaches the sea, at the shipment of your part to your facility. As we add value along the way, we have the same people responsible for engineering, quality, and production, so that nothing is passed over the wall. The people that you can speak with in the Value Stream are fully responsible for and fully knowledgeable of your parts.

Our three main Value Streams are organized around equipment types to keep each one at its peak of technological excellence. They are CNC, Multiple Spindle, and Davenport. We have two other Value Streams that are organized around customers who have the size and consistency to have their own Value Stream.
