A recent innovation is the design and manufacture our own plastic fixtures for individual racking while vapor degreasing. We built the racks in our CNC Value Stream and we use them at the multiple spindle machines to place parts directly in the rack from the machine. The racks are then stacked and put through our vapor degreasing machine. The result was that we successfully protected the delicate parts with high finish seats on the end of the part. These parts now arrive at the customer with absolutely no nicks or marks on this vulnerable but important surface.
