The Manth Brownell Team consists of every single valued employee who works here. Without the efforts of each team member, Manth Brownell wouldn't be able to continually produce exceptional precision-turned parts, provide integral operational and functional support as well as outstanding customer service. Here we have shared short biographies of our management and customer service team members as a small representation of our whole Manth Brownell family.
President and Sales Manager
Rob joined Manth in 1998 as a Business Unit Manager and then held roles as Quality Manager, Sales Manager, Director of Manufacturing, VP of Manufacturing, and Executive Vice-President. Rob is the President and has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and a Master of Science in Management Systems from Clarkson University.
Chief Financial Officer
Glenn joined Manth in 1980 as Controller before becoming the CFO in 1985. Glenn is responsible for several areas of the organization, including Finance, Information Systems and Material Management. Glenn is a graduate of Syracuse University with a MBA from LeMoyne College, and is a CPA.
Director of Manufacturing
John is currently our Director of Manufacturing, while also overseeing the Purchasing Department. John joined Manth in 1992 as a Machinist. Since then, John has been Setup/Repair, Development Engineer, Business Unit Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, Sales Engineer, and Purchasing Manager.

Customer Service Manager
Denise joined Manth in 1997 as a Machine Operator and then held roles in Machining and Production Planning. Currently, Denise interacts with customers regarding ordering and delivery concerns as well as future customers through quoting efforts. Denise is certified in the Sandler Selling System and is trained in Production Planning and Scheduling.
Customer Service Associate
Melissa joined Manth in 2012 as a Customer Service Associate. Melissa has over 11 years of manufacturing experience as well as over 6 years of Customer Service, Sales and Data Auditing experience. Melissa has further enhanced her office skills at the Utica School of Commerce.
Erin joined Manth in 2010 as a Quality Technician. Erin quickly moved up into the role of Quality Engineer and most recently into the Quality Manager role. Erin is responsible for the Quality Management System, ISO Compliance and Supplier Rating. Erin is an Internal ISO Auditor and has her Bachelors in Business Administration, Business Management, and is certified in Project Management.
Information Systems Manager
Pat joined Manth in 1999 as a PC Specialist, became the Network Administrator and is now the IS Manager. He is responsible for the company's Information Systems, ERP System, Telephone System and Hardware/Software Support. He earned both an AOS in Information Technology and a BS in Computer Information Systems.
Joni joined Manth in 2016. Her responsibilities include planning, directing and coordinating the work of the Accounting Department including payroll processing, accounts payable and receivable, posting and maintenance of general and subsidiary accounts and producing financial reporting for the company. Joni has a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Accounting from SUNY Empire State College as well as an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Utica School of Commerce.
Value Stream Manager
Lisa joined Manth in 2009 as a Production Supervisor and was promoted to Value Stream Manager of the LRS Value Stream in 2010. She most recently earned the role of CNC Value Stream Manager in early 2017. Lisa has over 30 years of manufacturing experience, including over 15 years as a Supervisor/Manager. Lisa is also a Six Sigma - Lean Manufacturing Black Belt with strong backgrounds in Safety, Quality and Engineering.
Value Stream Manager
Pete joined Manth in 2006 as a Production Supervisor and was promoted to Value Stream Manager of the DHV, TON and WIK Value Streams. Pete also oversees the Parts Wash department. Pete has over 30 years of Screw Machine experience and a BA in Business Management.
Value Stream Manager
Ben joined Manth in 2015 as our 3rd Shift CNC Production Supervisor and was subsequently promoted to Value Stream Manager for the LRS Value Stream. Ben is responsible for the overall operation of our LRS Value Stream ensuring that customers receive satisfactory quality and delivery. Ben is also Certified in First Aid, CPR & AED.
Facilities & Maintenance Manager
Adam joined Manth in 2017 as our Facilities & Maintenance Manager responsible for our facilities, maintenance and wash departments. Adam earned his Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Morrisville State College. In addition, Adam is a U.S. Navy Veteran.
Andy joined Manth in 2017 as our third shift production supervisor. Prior to Manth, Andy held roles as a manufacturing supervisor as well as a Quality and Safety Coordinator. Andy has an Associates of Science degree in Business Administration. Andy also recently completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Columbia College.
Tim joined Manth in 2014 as a Facilities Technician prior to being promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. Tim most recently made a transition to a production role and is now our 2nd Shift Production Supervisor, where he is responsible for the day-to-day operations. Tim is Certified in First Aid, CPR & AED.
Jerry joined Manth in 1978 working in the Shipping & Receiving Department and eventually became the Shipping Supervisor. Jerry has an Associate's Degree from SUNY Morrisville and is a certified Fork Lift Truck Operator.
Walt joined Manth in 1981 as a Machine Operator and advanced to CNC Setup/Repair/Programmer, and then Prototype/Development Technician. Walt took on the role of Quote Engineer in 2005 and his responsibilities include generating quotes for our customers. He also creates all internal blueprints and manages engineering change logs. Walt is also Certified in CPR & First Aid.
Customer Service Representative
Dana joined Manth in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative. Dana has over 15 years of experience in manufacturing in various quality and customer service roles and has an Associates in Technical Arts from South Puget Sound Community College in Olympia, WA. Dana is also an Internal ISO Auditor.
